All Seasons Wild Bird Store is a locally-owned and family-run backyard birding business. Recognized as one of the leaders in the nation, All Seasons has staffed itself with expert birders. All Seasons Wild Bird Store is dedicated to Bringing Your Backyard to Life. As a family of backyard birders, we want to help you enjoy your local birds, not to mention all your other backyard critters. As such, we want you to be completely satisfied with your products and specialty seeds.
We will refund or work out a satisfactory exchange on any product that does not meet your expectations. For products with lifetime warranties, such as Droll Yankee feeders, we may work with you to have the item replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. But the choice is yours: simply put, your satisfaction is guaranteed.
You may return any online purchase to one of our six neighborhood stores located in the Twin Cities Metro Area. Please do not ship returns to a store, returns at local stores must be made in person. Be sure the item is in its original packaging and all parts and literature are in the box. You'll need to bring your receipt, or gift receipt, with you at the time of the return. Lost your receipt? For those of you not in the Twin Cities Metro Area, we're more than happy to accept your returns via a secured shipper. We recommend you request a return receipt and a tracking number on all shipments. This is to protect you in the event that the product is misplaced by the shipping company. We're more than happy to exchange an item or provide a full refund, less the original shipping fees.
Not sure if something is wrong with your product? Can't figure out how to assemble it? Call or email us before going through the return process. Many times our educated bird staff will resolve an issue over the phone, saving you the hassle of returning a good product.
Let's face it, shipping a 50lb. bag of seed back to us is expensive, not to mention a hassle. (And no one wants to be behind you in line at the post office.) Since we work with a family-run seed distributor who takes as much pride in their work as we do ours, we trust that you will be satisfied with your seed.

All products are shipped based on your choice during the check-out process. You'll see the total shipping cost before you make your final selection. Please remember that most shippers do not consider Saturday or Sunday an "in-transit" day. Orders received by 3pm Central Time will be shipped that day.
Tracking links will be included in an e-mail notifying you when your order is shipped. This link allows you to easily view the status of your package while it's en route.
You may receive multiple shipments as we ship from multiple warehouses. This system allows us to offer you the best products at the best prices and does not affect your shipping cost at all.
