This great Bird's Choice feeder is constructed nearly entirely from recycled plastic materials! A clear plexiglass roof gives you a great view of your orioles and protects your food offerings from rain. Spikes on the bottom of the feeder are great for offering orange halves, and the plastic dishes are perfect for either grape jelly or mealworms.
Remember: if you want orioles coming to your feeder all summer, be sure to offer mealworms from June on. (they need a higher protein diet when raising their young)
Don't know where to get mealworms by you? Try a bait shop. If you're in the Twin Cities, our five family-owned stores carry them, too. (We're trying to find a way to offer them online and ship them, but summer temperatures make it challenging.)
