If you go through a lot of birdseed, you probably continually rake up all the black sunflower hulls left behind by the chickadees, cardinals and other birds. Or, you've probably had your fair share of sunflowers mysteriously sprout in your garden or under your feeder.
Our special Kracker Jax seed mix contains only shelled seeds: no mess and no worries about sunflowers germinating! (If you like sunflowers, we suggest you try a pure Black Oilers or Joe's Mix). Kracker Jax contains premium shelled sunflower meats, peanut pieces and a touch of cracked corn and hulled white millet.
And, during the winter, Kracker Jax is a nice treat for your birds because they don't have to peck away at the seed hulls. This helps them consume vital energy during the bitterly cold winter months.
Birds who enjoy Kracker Jax include your backyard favorites: Jays, cardinals, chickadees, grosbeaks, nuthatches, finches and woodpeckers.
